gtp2 architects responsible for data collection, processing and use are committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who use our services and keep their personal information confidential. Our employees are regularly committed to data secrecy. The basis for this are the applicable legal provisions, such as the regulation of order data processing (ADV) according to §11 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and from May 2018 onwards according to Art. 28 u. 29 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Personal data are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person (“data”), § 3 Abs. 1 BDSG or Art. 4 GDPR. This includes information such as your name, address or telephone number.

The data of the users are used only if a legal permission or a consent of yours exists. We take organizational, contractual and technical security measures to ensure compliance with data protection laws and to protect the data we manage against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.

We point out that the internet-based data transmission has security gaps, a complete protection against access by third parties is therefore unfortunately impossible.

Collection, Processing and Use of personal Data

Use of Google Maps
